Plum Vinegar Seafood Salad

Eat sour taste to improve metabolism 
Ingredients: plum vinegar 1 tablespoon, mirin 1 tablespoon and boiled water 2 tablespoon 
Squid 50G, shrimp meat 50G, purple onion 20G and lettuce 80G 
Vegetables: purple onion, Slice, wash and cold brew with ice cube  
Lettuce: wash and slice 
Seafood: warm shrimp meat and sliced squid by hot water then cool them down with cold water 
In a salad plate, place seafood over vegetables, pouring with plum vinegar sauce (adjusted according to personal preference)
