【Ingredients】
✔1 bottle of Quinoa & Sorghum Vinegar
✔600g Lemons
✔600g rock sugars(slightly adjust the amount according to your preference)
*above ingredients are measured for 2L glass jar*
【Steps】
1. Clean throughly the glass jar with hot water and put aside to dry it.
2. Wash the lemons and cut into slices.
3. Layer the rock sugars with slices of lemon inside the jar.
4. Pour over the Quinoa & Sorghum Vinegar until it cover all the lemon slices. Set the jar in a dark, dry area and let it ferment for 3~6 months.
【Tips】
✅The whole process need to be completely dry without any water.
✅The longer it ferments, the richer it tastes.
