Passion fruit with lotus root recipe【Quinoa & Sorghum Vinegar】

【Ingredients】
1 Spoon of Quinoa & Sorghum Vinegar
Some lotus roots
Some passion fruits
1 Spoon of sugar

【Steps】
1. Wash and peel the lotus roots, cut them into slices.
2. Boil the lotus roots for about 2 minutes.
3. Put them into cold water to keep it fresh and become crispy.

Mix passion fruits, vinegar and sugar together.
(Adjust the amount according to your preference)

Sift out the sauce if you don't want the seeds of passion fruits inside.
6. Mix the sauce with the lotus roots, fridge them for about 1~2 hours.
