Q：What are the payment options?
There are four options :

Q：What are the shipping options?
Home delivery only.
Q：Where do you ship?
We have delivery service in Taiwan, service outside Taiwan(Penghu,Kinmen,Matsu) and international shipping is unavailable now.
Q：What is the Shipping time?
5working days. Or we can ship at an appointed date. (the weekend or the holiday are not included in the 5 working days)
Q：What is the delivery date?
Normally one day after we shipped the package, but the correct delivery date will according to different carrier.
**We can't accept assigned delivery date and time if there is a Holiday/long weekend, sorry for your inconvenience.
Q：What is the minimum threshold for free shipping?
NT$899or a shipping fee NT$100 is required. ( If use coupon or special discount, NT$899 is counted for free shipping after check out)

│Returns&Refunds
Q：How can I apply for returns/refunds?
There is a7-day return policy after you received the products without any extra cost.
You must keep the receipt and the package unpacked, and apply for returns/refunds at CONTACT US.
* Under the circumstance below, we will declined you request:
1. Exceeding 7-days
2.The package is unpacked and incomplete
3. No receipt
4. The additional items has been used
Q：Steps of Returns
1. 7days after product received, leave a message with
(1) order date (2)order name (3) order number (4) reason for return at CONTACT ME.
2. We will contact you within 3 working days after receive your application, and the courier will pick up the goods at your place.
3. Once we received your goods, we will check the condition, amount and the receipt first, them we will proceed the refund.
Q：How to proceed refund?
1.Credit card : After we receiving your goods and checking the condition, amount and the receipt, we will refund to your account in 5 working day.
(The actual transfer date may be different according to each bank, please contact your bank to more info)
2. Pay by cash : After we receive the refund packages, our customer service will check whether the condition, numbers and the receipt are correct.
Then we will remit the amount to your bank account within 20 days.
(*To avoid the conflict from the refund, the refund account need to be owned by the person who place the orders)
